Guatemala La Bella Pacamara

Roasted for filter: Best enjoyed as a pour over, without milk, to allow the subtleties of the light roast to emerge.


La Bella is regarded as one of the best farms in Guatemala, despite being in the rainforest region which is not typically known for growing exceptional coffee.


This year we have a Pacamara that has previously won 4th place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence.


Despite their difficult conditions the team at La Bella have managed to successfully produce competition-winning lot after lot. Meticulous growing practices, farmer education, and a careful drying process have led to a quality end cup.

2017 - 15th and 18th with Villa Sarchi and Pacamara



Once the ripe cherries have been pulped, fermented and washed, they are soaked in running water for 12-18 hrs as this minimises the risk of contamination during the fermentation and washing process, producing clean and transparent flavours in the final cup.
